Responsibilities :

• Work with business and editorial teams to coordinate and keep track of the status/progress of print and digital projects
• Proactively follow up with business and editorial teams at all stages of print and digital projects to ensure adherence to relevant procedures/guidelines and drive project completion within set timelines
• Update project lists on a daily basis
• Organize weekly meetings with business and editorial teams to ensure that status of projects is updated
• Prepare project lists and relevant materials for weekly meeting
• Filing of editorial-related details (eg, project brief and materials, correspondence with KOLs, publication page plans)
• Upload articles to the content management system for online publication
• Entry of sales acquisition records into sales management system
• Monitoring of advertising space inventory

• Attention to details
• Ability to multi-task in a well-organized manner
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong coordination, organization and communications skills
• Proficiency in written English
• Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese
