Responsibilities:

• To provide and update analysis support to sales team including sales budget report 
• To monitor the sales orders and act as a point of contact for customers queries
• Provide administration support for the sales activities in the team including all contract documents, agreements and sales meeting record
• Organize and maintain database and filing system
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline or candidates from China (IANG) are also welcome
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in supporting the sales team
• Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
