We are an educational consultancy that provides professional learning to schools, teachers and parents, as well as book distribution.

We are looking for a competent assistant to accomplish the following tasks:

1. Marketing of training events and products through eventbrite and other listings online and offline.
2. Design of social media posts (instagram, facebook and website) and daily updates.
3. Newsletter deployment and offline marketing.
4. Responding to event and distribution enquiries, processing payments.
5. Assistance in events.
6. Purchasing of materials, book orders, and arranging delivery.
7. Liaising with printing companies.
8. Database building.
9. Other ad-hoc tasks to support marketing and consulting projects.
   
   

To be considered, you must show

1. Strong marketing and customer-oriented thinking.
2. Competence in Photoshop and Illustrator (optional).
3. Strong design skills.
4. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and SEO analytics.
5. Familiarity with Apple Work (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
6. Willingness to learn, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
7. Proficiency in English. Translation skills (English to Chinese) a plus.
   
   

Work hours are any 4 hours between 10am-6pm (either 10-2pm, 12-4pm, 1-5pm, 2-6pm), 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.

Our office is in Sai Kung, accessible in 20 minutes from Hang Hau MTR or 40 minutes from Choi Hung or Mong Kok MTR.

The office is in a friendly, open co-working environment. 

Our offer is fixed at $6000-8000/month for 20 hours a week (half-time), depending on experience.
