Responsibilities:

  . The account executive is responsible for supporting account teams in daily activities.   You shall support your seniors (Account Manager and above) in the daily tasks as required.

 . You shall learn about Frement PR’s various consulting processes/approaches, including media engagement, star and celebrity engagement, brand engagement, client and vendor management, social media campaigns and hands-on execution of these processes for clients.

 . You are expected to support in the below daily activities:

• Liaising with clients, media and investors
• Collating and analyzing media coverage, preparing regular client reports
• Developing and maintaining media relationships
• Drafting of press releases and other corporate materials
• Assisting in the development and execution of PR programs

 Requirements:

• U-Graduation or equivalent working experience
• 2- 3 years relevant working experience
  
• Well-versed in computer applications on MS Office Excel, Words, Outlook …
• Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to pay attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Less experienced will be considered as Assistant PR Account Executive
