Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, polish and edit communication materials including pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, speeches, briefing books, newsletters, correspondences, scripts, etc.
• Working with the Account Servicing team on developing social media content for clients.
• Research and monitor various industries to maintain a current knowledge base.
• Assist in research and prepare for new business pitches.
• Assist in account administration duties such as activity reports.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, in English. Native in English is not necessary but a plus.
• Fluency in either Mandarin and Cantonese, spoken and written, are not required, but highly welcome
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content and platforms.
• Strong understanding of the international media based in Asia.
• Ability to work as a strong team player.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Innovative, energetic and proactive
• University degree in Communications or related discipline
