Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales administration support to Account management and Sales Team.
  • Answer Sales Hotline, assign sales leads to the sales team members.
  • Manage all in-house documents relating to the Sales Department, namely contracts, purchase orders and customer contact.
  • Prepare sales pipeline, sales forecast and customer spending reports in prompt and proper manner.
  • Assist the Sales Head to drive the sales team to meet their target.
  • Liaise closely with sales team, account management team and operations team to support different ad hoc projects.
  • Execute overall marketing plans, including brand building, digital marketing, events such as seminars, conferences, digital campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop presentations and sales kit materials in order to enhance company’s market position in digital services.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing all campaigns for improvement and ensuring on time delivery for different marketing programs.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and working with vendors.
  • Other duties that may be requested from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of related working experience.
  • Must be highly competent with Windows, Power point, Excel, Word. Salesforce.com & Contract Management Tool is preferred.
  • Hard working, good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Strong coordination ability.
  • Required to travel to the customer’s sites or other office within the HK territory when necessary.
