Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating exhibitions and programmes
Assist in organising, managing and supervising of events, lectures, workshops, and social media activities
Assist in promotion and publicity of the programmes
Assist in the management and research of the museum collections and related projects
Assist in research, copywriting, editing, translation and other admin work
Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Cultural Studies or related subjects
Grade D in English & Chinese in HKALE or Level 4 in HKDSE
Min. 2 years’ exp in art project management, preferably having exp in museum, gallery or art institution
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, online media (Facebook, Instagram)
Preferably possess photo editing and elementary video editing skills
