Responsibilities:

• Assist sales & marketing team to manage all-round daily operation
• Customer orders handling, stock tracking and inventory control, logistic arrangement and other sales support tasks
• Provide administrative support such as create and update records and databases, prepare presentation / proposals as assigned
• Directly communicate with customer and manage customer’s expectations on order progress and unexpected situation
• Handle and resolve customers’ problems & complaints independently
• Execute effective marketing programs according to marketing strategies, including event organization and on-line marketing campaigns, etc.
• Assist sales team on new customer acquisition program

Requirements:

• Academic qualification: diploma or above, Fresh Graduates will be considered
• Energetic, creative, outgoing and proactive individual with good organizational and time management skills
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Good command of Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Dedicated to work under pressure & overtime, and pay good attention to details
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong, no need to apply work visa
