Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day Client liaison matters and build good Client relationship
• Coordinate with various in-house departments including media team and design team to deliver good quality of results
• Prepare job brief, insertion orders, post-campaign report in a timely manner
• Assist in ad-hoc projects / events when required

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Advertising or Media-field
• One year’s working experience in account service capacity from advertising agency (fresh graduates who are passionate in media / advertising will also be considered)
• Must be well organized, responsible, with good attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently and under pressure
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Good at computer skill with proficiency in power point, excel and word processing
