Responsibilities:

• Assist Department Head In regular maintenance service and review procedure
• Manage and guide team’s assigned duties, matching with the standard  policy and procedures
• Support Chief engineer manage the budgeting
• Maintain efficiency and reliability of building service and installations
• Emergency on-call service when required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Service/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Electrical Worker Grade A
• Minimum 4 years relevant experiences (Supervisory background will be advantage)
• Good interpersonal, coordination and project management skills
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc
• Proficient in both written spoken English Chinese
