Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage/inform/assist design team, Cost and commercial team for the proposals or instructions change
Provide direction and To coordinate the flow of information between Operations, Architects, Consultants, and Construction.
Assist site team in resolution of site clashes
Ensure Timely incorporation of operational requirement within project design

Requirements:

Degree of Architecture & interior design or related discipline
4 - 10 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects or PRC Projects with Mixed-Used/Commercial/Residential/ Hotel projects is preferred
Auto Cad/Ms office/Photo Shop
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates from Consultancy or Developer are welcome
