Job Description
Role Overview
You will be working with the Creative Department, reporting to the Creative Team. As aVideographer you will be supporting the growth of Tink Labs as the voice of the brand. You will be working with internal stakeholders and writers to perform script-writing, story-boarding, filming and editing to create assets and taking still photography as required. You’ll also be responsible for helping to drive and direct content made by other external content creators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as point of contact on company’s branded video and photo projects and enquiries, including but not limited to: corporate and brand video / photo, product promotion / commercials, event documentary and marketing / PR assets, VR video shoot and post-production.
- Contribute to productions by either conduct the production her/himself, with in house creative team, or work with external agencies or freelancers according to project scale.
- Project manage the company's video / photo project throughout the entire production lifecycle from concept, pre and post production and also equipment management.
- Manage and maintain photo and video resources and assets, and distribute in suitable quality and specifications.
- Work as part of global creative team , contribute to build and develop photo / video function within the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 - 5 years’ industry experience as photographer, videographer with photo and video portfolio and showreel, or producer from production background
- Strong communication skills and be able to work within an fast-paced international environment
- Strong skills in camera operation and be able to handle any type of equipment (gimbal, drone, etc.)
- Post production and video output with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Apple Final Cut Pro X
- Photo colour grading with Adobe Lightroom CC/Capture One Pro & video colour grading with Davinci Resolve/Red Giant Colorista, etc.
