Responsibilities:

• Responsible for writing, translating, editing and proofreading all copy for marketing materials online and offline (e.g. posters, website, brochures, press releases, professional bulletins, newsletters, etc.), from English to Cantonese/Mandarin and vice versa
• Copyedit all Company’s product descriptions, brand-specific webpages and direct-to consumer marketing communications in compliance with the highest standard for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style and tone under the direction of Marketing Director
• Assisting with any content-related initiatives within the Business Design Team and Marketing departments
• Coordinating with the Design department to provide relevant content that complements creative layouts
• Listen carefully to conversations and provide verbatim interpretation
• Handle any other language related tasks

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Translation, Language or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in translation
• Work experience in the field of marketing, advertising, public relations, prints production or event management is highly preferred
• Different techniques and styles of writing / editing / copywriting is an advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese, Fluent Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
