Mission

We are looking for an Advertising Clerk to support the Advertisement function and collaborate with the team to manage a variety of tasks, such as advertising campaign planning, digital assets management and marketing material design.  

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement promotional events with merchandising team

• Assist advertising production work, including artwork layout for POP, DM, banner, and posters

• Maintain and update corporate website contents

• Coordinate and liaise with vendors on advertising materials production and media buy

• Support advertising team operations, including proofreading documents, photocopying, filling and photo-shoot sessions
   

Requirements

• Form 6 or above education level

• Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising / supermarket industry is preferred; fresh graduates with no previous experience will also be considered

• Good interpersonal communication and organization skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Availability to work during weekends and holidays when needed
