• Daily Clinic administration & operational support
• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
• Bookings for hospital admission, laboratory tests, dispensing of medications.
• Handling Patients’ records & data entry
• To assist Doctors in handling medical documents
• To assist in CTG, Ultrasound and gynaecological examinations
• Efficient in clinical practices e.g. Blood Pressure, Temperature, Urine Test and etc.
• Preference will be given to those who have practical experience within an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic or Private Hospital.

Qualifications

• Matriculation Level (Form 5 & Above) for Clinic Nurse applicant
• Holder of Hong Kong Enrolled / Registered Nurse license and valid practicing certificate for EN / RN applicant

Requirements

• 1 year’s Clinic experience working as a Clinic Nurse
• 1 year’s Ward / Private hospital experience working as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Familiar with Clinic Solution Software (not a must)
• Language Skills: Good command of English, Cantonese (spoken & written) are necessary and conversant in Putonghua (Mandarin) will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and good interpersonal skills (Pleasant, patient & caring personality)
• Possess good Computer Skills: Chinese input, Word, Excel and email.
• Certificate in blood taking with experience will be an added advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Part time EN/RN students and Fresh nursing graduated will also welcome.
