Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and direction to merchandising team
• Follow up merchandising process from client servicing, product development, supplier sourcing, vendor selection and quality management to product delivery

Job Requirements

• Degree in Garment, Merchandising, Textile or related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in all garments including woven, knit & sweater, in which 3 - 5 years at the same level
• Strong product knowledge
  
• Experienced in handling both product development & production follow-up
• Experienced in serving US buyers
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
