Responsibilities:

-          Assist Purchasing Officer to liaise with vendors and distributors for order processing

-          Handle order documents, including PO and Invoice etc

-          Arrange delivery schedule and handle inventory control

-          Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

-          F.5 or above

-          Minimum 1 year experience

-          Proficiency in use of MS office, and Chinese word processing

-          Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

-          Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin

-          Independent, Initiative, outgoing, having strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
