Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fabric merchandisers to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities
• Oversees daily operations of materials sourcing, fabric development and bulk production
• Identify business opportunities and enhance sourcing base
• Monitor suppliers' performance for timely delivery, cost and quality
• Maintain good relationship with business partners, clients, suppliers etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline
• At least 8 years' of relevant experience in garment trading firm
• Solid technical skills in yard, dyeing, weaving, fabric sourcing and development
• Strong leadership skills to motivate the team to drive business
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Travel occasionally

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
