Job Duties

• Handle overseas buyers’ inquiries and follow up orders independently.
• Liaise closely with inter-companies and buyers to fulfill the order and sample.
• Assist to meet the given sales target.
• Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.
• Monitor order process to ensure on time shipment.
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with related parties and customers and determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
• Ensure supplier compliance and buyer company requirements for safety.
• Follow up new item development of products for any case needed.
• Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with buyers.
• Handle ad-hoc matters
• Willing to work overtime
• Excellent spoken and written Japanese and English is a MUST

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the field
• Working experience in manufacturing and trading company environment necessary
• Excellent command in spoken Japanese and English
• Must have strong organizational, analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Must be willing to take on responsibility, self-motivated, with positive attitude
• Good skill for MS office tools is a must.
• Attention to detail and strong follow through
• HK ID card holder only.
