Job Description
Contract Period: 15th April 2019 to 19th July 2019
Report to: Senior Merchandiser
The job:
- Manage entire product development and delivery process of ladies' underwear
- Independent approval of fabrics, lab-dips, trims and accessories, samples
- Ensure product- and quality-standards
- Negotiate with producers / suppliers
- Information exchange with headquarter / buyers, suppliers and superior
The person:
- Higher Diploma or above (Major in Textile / Clothing or related studies is preferable) with English & Chinese passed in HKCEE/DSE
- Minimum 5 years of sound experience as a Garment Merchandiser in a buying or trading office
- Solid experience in ladies' underwear
- Familiar with European market and quality requirements
- Europe buying office experience is an advantage
- Stable, detail minded, highly organized, good time management skills
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet
