Job Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above / Higher Diploma;
• Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese & Japanese;
• 1 to 3 years purchasing experience in Electronic & House-Ware items;
• Less experience will consider as an Assistant;
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Follow up from daily sales order and purchase order processing;
• Follow up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;
• Arrange sample submission to customers for approval;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Occasional travel to China is required;
• Japanese acceptable.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
