Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Purchasing process including supplier selection and management, purchase order execution, timely delivery, stock optimization, etc;
• Monitor the Procurement Officer for follow up the purchase order and delivery schedule
• Prepare periodic and accurate purchasing reports, risk and other statistical analysis for on-demand review by management
• Responsible for managing and monitoring the warehousing operations
• Make sure the procurement process complies with ISO 9001
• Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned Assist to formulate procurement strategy

Requirements:

• Degree holder in procurement or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years related experience in purchasing and logistics management with solid experience in engineering industry
• Experience and Knowledge of Peachtree will be an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, hard-working, good organization and communication skills
• Accurate and efficient input of data is a must
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC skills e.g. MS Office, Excel, Outlook
