Supply Chain Assistant

Job Responsibilities: 

• Resolve Purchase Order errors and work closely with suppliers/ vendors on all the PO issues
• To ensure suppliers can be on time delivery
• Responsible for prepare report and assist in analyst

 Job Requirements:  

• University degree or equivalent in related discipline
• Merchandising exp. with manage PO experience is also welcome 
• Knowledge in SAP with excellence in MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table)

Logistic Assistant

Job Requirements:  

• Over 1 year experience in logistics
• Strong communication and proactive 
• Good Excel skills 
• Fluent is Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Manage shipments documents to China and for international shipments
• MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table)

Supply Chain Analyst 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Work with Vendors to identify and deliver cost savings, both production and Supply Chain /logistics costs
• Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, and plans action plan are to poor performing vendors
• Educate vendors on company’s supply chain principles and processes 
• Monitor order process to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
• Deliver effective supply chain solutions 

Job Requirements: 

• 4 years experience in supply chain management 
• Knowledge of production/cost saving initiatives/demand planning & forecasting 
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, good time & project management skills and good communication & influencing skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
