Job Responsibilities:

• Handle product development process from sourcing, sample development ideation to shipment sample and monitor production process
• Teamwork with peers to satisfy product requests, and build positive internal and external relationships
• Monitor and manage third-party laboratories, suppliers, factories during the production process to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery
• Cooperate with internal & external parties, to drive new product development and innovation, and suggest efficiency and cost optimization initiatives

Job Requirements:

• College or above qualification
• 3 - 5 years solid working experience in product development and merchandising field. Product knowledge and background on toys, giftsand premium , stationery and fashion will be preferable
• Experience in major trading or manufacturing & familiar with US, China & European market trend and standard required.
• Good communication skills with fluent English  and Mandarin in both written and spoken & Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, etc
• Good knowledge of understanding the flow of the merchandising and order management process
• Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and team player
• Frequent travel required
