Job Description
A well-established group of surveying companies in North Point URGENTLY invites application for the post:
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Surveying / Real Estate or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years working experience in valuation and land matter
- Chartered GP Surveyor (MHKIS/MRICS) is preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in Mainland China is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Participate in valuation and advisory works
- Handling land administrative matters and planning applications
- Participate in market research projects
