Our client is a well-established listed company in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Company Secretary to join their company. 

Job Description

• Responsible for full range of company secretarial duties and for complying with the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities & Futures Ordinance and other related rules, regulations or corporate governance standard
• Arranging Board Meeting, Committee Meetings and Shareholders’ Meeting
• Working closely with both internal and external parties on compliance work
• Handling notifiable or connected transactions or other ad hoc transactions 

Requirement

• Degree holder with Associate member of HKICS/ICSA
• At least 12 years company secretarial experience with listed companies
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements
• Excellent organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
