Position

The teenage years are often the most transformative and defining stage of a student’s life. We see it as our duty to help each of our students to holistically develop in the areas of academics, extracurriculars, and character. Our counselors provide expert advice to manage the whole boarding school application process for our clients. In this role, you will be:

• Guiding and providing expert advice to families and students on a full range of educational options and the application and planning strategies.
• Managing students’ portfolios for Boarding School admissions.
• Building, managing and maintaining positive and professional client relationships with families and students throughout the whole application process.
• Developing students' oral English and English writing skills. 

Education is a very dynamic industry - no two students are the same. To be an Education Counselor at Foundation, you need the knowledge and skills to drive applications forward even when unforeseen events occur. By managing key relationships, you ensure that our client receives first class service by delivering a tailored application process.

Requirements

We are looking for bright and creative individuals who:

• Graduate from reputable overseas universities, preferably from the US or UK.
• Possess mature life view, backed by 1-3 years of solid career track preferably in the filed of Education or Counseling.
• Have overseas living experience and candidates with boarding school experience will be given special consideration.
• Share our passion in the field of education planning.
• Love interacting with teenagers, take pride in delivering excellence and strive to make a difference in others’ lives.
• Have impeccable attention to details and excellent communication skills.
• Are proficient in English and Mandarin.
