Responsibilities:

• Conducting data analysis, tracking business performance and customer behavior, generating data or reports regularly for cross-departmental needs and decision-making purpose;
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analytics to current business strategy;
• Complying with statutory requirements, developing and reviewing workflow processes, preparing effective production and control plans;
• Acting as focal point for retail system testing. Preparing testing plan, monitoring system suitability and performance;
• Work closely with Business team, IT operation team, Finance team, Station operators and Vendors to ensure fuel card operation processes are done timely and effectively;
• Participating in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline or above, preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or Information Technology;
• At least 1 - 2 year solid experience in related field;
• Strong knowledge in PC applications. Advanced Excel, VBA, Access will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills and good at statistics knowledge, capable to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure with good time management;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage);
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Fresh graduate / less experience will be also considered.
