Responsibilities

• Assist Company Secretarial Manager in handling full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of clients’ companies in both Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

 Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Company Secretarial Studies or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with CSA program
• Able to work independently and as a good team player
• Well organized, work under pressure and client service mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
