The Role

Senior Analysts support client teams on multiple assignments related to our benchmarking products and consulting engagements. 

Sample client engagements include: 

• Benchmarked senior executive pay rates for a leading investment bank  
• Developed an annual incentive plan for a top asset management firm 
• Assessed staffing levels, organizational structure, performance and compensation levels for front-office staff at a leading global private bank
  
  

Senior Analysts will:

• Have specifically assigned survey responsibilities 
• Acquire detailed knowledge of their survey product  
• Independently work with clients over the telephone and, in some instances, during client visits 
• Deliver high quality survey results on time with minimal day to day supervision 
• Train new analysts on survey processes and best practices 
• Write first drafts of consulting reports and complete moderately complex analyses 

Drive Reporting Line

The role reports to the Head of Wealth Management, Asia, McLagan.

Our Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degrees in a related field
•  2 – 4 years of relevant or related experience
