Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Provide full-range company secretarial services;
-
Prepare annual reports, interim reports, announcements and circulars;

Advise the board of directors on corporate governance requirements and ensure compliance with the Listing Rules and other regulatory requirements;

Participate in ad hoc projects when necessary.
Requirements:
-
University graduates with associate membership of HKICS / ICSA;
-
A minimum of 6 - 8 years’ company secretarial experience gained from listed companies;
-
Working knowledge of the Main Board Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations;
-
Experience in organizing board meetings and committee meetings and preparing minutes;
-
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin); sound PC skills in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and MS Excel;

Detail-oriented, hardworking, cooperative, patient and willing to take initiative and dedicated to work as a team player.
