Responsibilities:

• Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
• Work closely with third party property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals
• Manage cash flow, prepare budget and investment projections, and assist in pre/post acquisition activities
• The position includes interaction with team partners, clients, investor meetings
• Review third party reports and to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Prepare business plan, management reporting and quarterly reports for investors
• Business travels are required

 Requirement:

• University graduate with minimum 2-3 years of asset or property management experience / or related services
• PC: Strong in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and general accounting software
• Strong financial and accounting background is preferred
• A self-starter with strong time management skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
