Our client is a top tier bank listed in Hong Kong with retail and commercial banking in global markets. They are expanding their business and with the increasingly importance of the compliance functions in e-banking, they are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join their Retail Banking Team.

Job Description

• Review and set up compliance assurance and risk control framework

• Ensure proper control measures are in place to mitigate operational risk and other relevant risks associated with all channels

• Prepare the reports for risk and compliance issues including non-compliance cases and operational risk incidents analysis, monitoring and reporting

• Conduct reviews on non-compliance cases and operational risk incidents and recommend measures and controls to prevent recurrence

The Successful Applicant

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with 3 years in Compliance, Internal Control or Audit
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements / codes / guidelines applicable to retail banking and e-banking/ virtual banking
• Familiar with banking systems and compliance standard
• Good initiative to learn with strong compliance sense
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
