Duties:

Assist in arrangement of bank account opening for clients

• Handle full set of company secretarial duties for clients including both HK and Offshore companies.
• Assist in arrangement of bank account opening for clients.
• Assist in maintenance and administration of trust companies.
• Any ad-hoc assignments when required.

 Requirement:

• Post Secondary with advanced diploma or above for Corporate Governance and formal training of Company Secretarial Practice.
• HKICS / ICSA Associate or Student membership is preferred. 
• 2 to 4 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in Trust Service Provider and / or Professional Firm is advantageous.
• Self motivated, proactive, well organised, detail minded, strong sense of responsibility, pleasant personality, good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Company Secretary Assistant.
