Job Description

The client is an international law firm, they are looking for a company secretary to work with the partner and a legal consultant to provide company secretarial supports for the corporate team.

handle around 70+ private companies, no offshore jurisdiction, some listed co experience would be an advantage.
5+ years Company Secretary experience. (preferable experience gained from law firm)
Fluent Chinese and English.
Proficiency in Viewpoint (software / system) would be an advantage.
