Duties:

• Support fee earners on client related matters.
• Participate in due diligence exercise including reviewing materials written in Chinese provided by issuers.
• Distribution of documents on large transactions.
• Proof reading documents.
• Ad hoc research.

Requirements

• LLB graduates with results at least 2:2 
• Experience as a paralegal in General Banking, Asset Finance, Project Finance, etc.
• Excellent research, writing and organizational skills.
• Team orientated, hard working personality.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
