The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of our Group’s investor relations strategy to enhance our profile in the investment community and establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with our local and overseas investors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage a wide range of investor relations activities and programmes for investors, analysts and stakeholders
• Assist in formulating effective investor relations strategies and programmes
• Conduct research & analysis and review brokers’ reports to compile and provide up-to-date market insights and trends for management review
• Prepare drafting of business reviews and presentation materials, and perform other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines  
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience gained in investment banks, brokerage firms or corporate environment of listed property companies
• Sound knowledge in financial and stock market, and able to independently deal with investors and analysts tactfully and professionally
• Excellent presentation, communication and liaison skills with good business acumen
• Analytical, numerically sensitive and detail-minded with good initiative, and capable of providing quality deliverables under pressure and tight schedules with minimal supervision
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good mastery of MS applications for presentation and financial analysis
