Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide business administrative support to our property development business in PRC.
- Liaise with internal depts: coordinate & follow up progress of projects, proposals, approvals, reports, customer complaints & legal cases.
- Review authorization / internal control systems, policies & procedures.
- Assist in compiling quarterly results / board meeting papers.
Requirements:
- University graduate of BBA, LLB, BEng or related disciplines.
- 10 years’ working experience with 5 years in real estate / business / legal / engineering preferred.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-minded, patient & able to work under pressure.
- Concise writing skills (English & Chinese) & fluent in Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Travel to PRC required.
We work 5 days per week.
