The Job

• Provide comprehensive professional support in market research, critically examine restrictions and opportunities on land and planning issues and prudent calculations on financial commitment and results on new initiatives feasibilities studies.
• Liaise with planning environmental and other consultants to prepare Master layout Plan for new projects and associated planning submissions.
• Assist to formulate the overall sales exercises for sales projects including preparation of pricing structure and coordination with architects, advertising consultants and solicitors on sales matters etc.
• Co-ordinate a flats handover team to execute the logistics of the whole handover process and to follow up with all defect rectifications with various stakeholders.
• Handle all building defects requests, enquiries and/or complaint received from the owners and Estate Management Office after the expiry of defect liability period.
• Advice to all stakeholders and process all applications on various consents related to Flat-for-Sales Scheme secondary market, consent to assign, and re-financing etc.
• Prepare valuation reports on all HS investment properties for reference on market rental levels and annual asset valuation.
• Assist in the sale/leasing of residential/elderly projects and other duties assigned.

The Person

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related disciplines, with minimum 4 years relevant experience OR Diploma/Certificate holder with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Experience in valuation and feasibility studies, property development, town planning, sales and marketing of properties will be a definite advantage.
• Preferably with professional qualification of the RICS or HKIS or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
