Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day repair and routine and preventive maintenance work of Silvercord in Tsim Sha Tsui
• To supervise contractors on builder’s and E&M works
• To give comments to fitting-out proposals and prepare of tender documents for improvement projects
• With experience in managing MVAC system with chiller plant

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  
• With at least 6-7 years’ maintenance experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level
• With good time management, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD are required
• Experience gained in property management companies / prime office and shopping mall property management an advantage
