Responsibilities:

• To handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class OFFICE premises of Times Square
• To liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports

 Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in related disciplines
  
• With 3 - 6 years' solid experience in leasing of office premises
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess valid Estate Agent’s Licence 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
