Job Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing negotiation and activities including new lettings, renewals and all daily tenancy administration
• Plan and implement leasing strategies and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis for Group properties
• Build good relationship with tenants, leading retailers and property agents
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• At least 8 years of relevant working experiences in property leasing sector
• Experience in retail/ office leasing will be advantageous
• Familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation
• Self-motived and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
