Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements: 

-       Providing day-to-day coordination in administrative support to the property team

-       Minimum 3 years practical experience in secretarial and administrative field

-       Answering telephone calls, handling tenants' enquiries, collection of rental, coordination of repair and maintenance works. 

-       Manage marketing database, Facebook, Instagram, and preparing billings

-       Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

-       Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and multitasking

-       Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Chinese typing  

-       Mature, good initiation with sense of responsibility

-       Good communication skills

-       Outdoor work may be required
