Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Leasing Manager in searching for potential tenants for fresh markets
- Support lease renewal, stall handover, legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
- Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis for managerial review
- Review and maintain the tenants’ database
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Leasing/Sales related experience preferably from catering/ fresh markets/department stores/supermarkets/retail sector
- Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
- Proactive, a team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS office
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior positions
