Job Description
Established over 50 years’ ago, my client is a global renowned luxury brand and is currently looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to handle their regional portfolio
Main duties and responsibilities
To provide expertise and continue the evolution of the core brand value and positioning as follows:
- Manage the companies' regional portfolio
- Develop the shop network with exploring and identifying different sites
- Negotiate on all leasing issues and maintain good relationships with all related parties (e.g. landlords, property developers and etc.)
- Work closely with different departments
- Provide directions with latest market information and trends
- Frequent travel is needed
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ APAC experience with brands / major property developer
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
- Fashion retail industry experience is highly preferred
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
