Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement marketing & promotion plans for business promotional purpose
  • Develop new sales channel and clientele
  • Responsible for all properties sales and market promotional projects
  • Handle sale agreement and relevant legal correspondence
  • Conduct market research and monitor market trend closely
  • Provide market positioning , project development and financial analysis
  • Liaise closely with counterparties of financial institutions and property agents
  • Provide good customer service management and handle clients' complaints
  • Team building and management to maintain good rapport

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min. 8 years experience in leading Property Developer
  • Sound knowledge in property market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and market oriented
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Manager
  • Over 8 years of experience in well-rounded corporate communication roles, including; event management, employee engagement, public relations, brand recognition, community outreach, CSR management and more
  • This position is based in Xiamen.

 

崗位職責:

1、負責千萬級豪宅項目營銷管理、渠道拓客管理;組建、管理、培養營銷團隊,帶領團隊完成銷售任務;

2、制定並組織完整的銷售方案,準確掌握項目的銷售進度、推廣進度、費用等情況,並及時做出有利調整;

3、建設完善公司客戶服務體系,組織和監督有關部門人員進行補救和整改;

4、整合公司資源優勢,提升公司品牌知名度和美譽度;

5、根據公司經營管理的要求,做好房地產市場基礎研究工作和各項目競爭樓盤數據收集;

 

 任職要求:

 1、大專及以上學歷,房地產相關專業畢業 

2、8年以上高端豪宅營銷經驗,至少3年以上團隊管理經驗;

3、擁有出色的人際溝通能力,很強的談判能力,可以有效調動和使用各方面的資源;

4、熟悉一線城市(香港、上海、深圳、海外等)高端地產行業,有一線城市(香港、上海、深圳、海外等)高端地產行業相同崗位的優先考慮。
