Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of the Corporate Annual Plan and Corporate Performance Reports
• Follow up on the implementation of initiatives arising from the Corporate Annual Plan and ad-hoc initiatives/projects related to strategic planning, project management, resources development, board and staff engagement, capacity building etc. assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Provide secretarial support to meetings involving or related to the Senior and/or General Management
• Provide executive support to the immediate supervisor and CEO
  
  

 Requirements

• Degree holder or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in providing managerial support, preferably to Senior Management / Board
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills
• Mature personality, self-initiated and able to work independently
• Align with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the organization
