Our client is foreign based company and a market leader in its category. With the expansion in Asia Pacific market, they are seeking for an experienced individual to lead sales and business development in Hong Kong.

• Lead Key Account and General Trade Business in HK
  
• Direct report to Regional Director
  
• Opportunity to develop new brand in market

Responsibility

• Develop and implement retail and distribution strategies to maximize market penetration of a new consumer packaged products.
• Work with internal teams to deliver and implement trade marketing and sales plans for key accounts (CVS, Supermarkets and drug store chains)
• Monitor account profitability and trade spend.
• Maintain good relationship with key accounts including major supermarket chains.
• Negotiate cost and trading terms with customers.
• Plan budget on trade promotion and evaluate sales performance.
• Assist in product launch plans and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or related studies.
• At least 5 years solid experience in FMCG key account management or trade marketing. Experience in handling CVS highly preferred.
• Good knowledge in retail market and key account customers.
• Good negotiation skills, dynamic, energetic, fast-paced.
• Excellent in English and Chinese.
