Our client, s a world-class well known organization with business focuses on event operations and convention and exhibition facilities, engaged our services to look for the Assistant Business Development Manager.  Due to business expansion, they are looking for the Event Sales Manager to join the energetic team

Responsibilities

• Handle all the MICE business
• Conduct prospecting and customer retention activities, also drive channel sales growth, so as to achieve and exceed sales budgets
• Maintain a good relationship with internal and external parties
• Manage all aspects of customer request, site inspection, proposal preparation and close the business deal
• Handle potential client database

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• 5 years relevant experience in Hotel industry
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external customer
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
