Working at the back office and reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading Customer Service Team to provide professional services to members of Mall’s loyalty program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor a Customer Service Team for the operations of Mall’s loyalty program
• Ensure service requests and complaints are handled in compliance with company and program guidelines 
• Develop and implement service initiatives for service excellence in premium Club Lounge and Concierge
• Working on duty roster during weekends, statutory and general holidays is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality, Property/Facilities Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ solid experience in hospitality, customer service or membership management industry, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational & analytical skill and numerical sense with strong leadership
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Experience in operations of loyalty program and VIP lounge are advantages
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Relationship Officer (Operations)
